Blackened Horde: How did the band get started?

Vishal: The band was master minded in 2011 by me along with Jay and the line up was ready in April 2012 with Jay on Drums, Rozan on Guitar, Prashant on Bass along with me on Vocals. Now, Prashant left the band due to his personal reasons and Bhufan has joined the band to fulfill the duty Bass.

Blackened Horde: What kind of music do you play?

Vishal: We play heavy music with very high pitched vocals adding some grunts, and low growls with riffs oriented from Old School Death Metal and Grind and drums beats consist of blast, gravity rolls, d beats touch and more. We are totally influenced from Old School. You can find death, crust, grind, noise elements in our music.

Blackened Horde: How has the fan response been?

Vishal: When we first came it was quite difficult because, unlike other regular metal bands we didn’t played their regular mainstream stuffs and also we came with a different sound and genre, they didn’t approve us in the scene. They hated us.. ha..ha.. But, now things have changed in this short span of time we are appreciated by local legends and peoples who always believes in true Underground.

Blackened Horde: Where did the band name come from?

Vishal: The band name is quite disturbing, it’s just a “sound” that comes out from your vocal throat when you are about to spit with full force, “wakkkkkkkkkkkkkk thuuuuuuu..”

Blackened Horde: Introduce the band members and what they do in the band.

Vishal: Refer to Question Number 1.

Blackened Horde: Who writes the music? Lyrics?

Vishal: Generally it’s me.

Blackened Horde: And where do the lyric ideas come from?

Vishal: We don’t go beyond our imagination, we don’t reach the darkest pit of hate to write some lyrics, So simple, our lyrics are easy and Yeah very offensive too because, we use too many “fucks”.

Blackened Horde: What is your view in Satanism and Occultism?

Vishal: No Idea.

Blackened Horde: How many albums/CD’s have you released?
