Salarda: Greetings Altara! Servorum started year 1998 as a trio, founded by me (Salarda) and Sonoy.

Salarda: It’s a lethal cross of Black and Death Metal, enters in the genre of Extreme metal.
Blackened Horde: How has the fan response been?
Salarda: Since our “We are Brutality” demo came out on year 2003, so far have gained respect from other scene across the Philippine archipelago, this words of appreciation didn’t came from us of course, it is according to those individuals who have witnessed our live performances, saying they’ve been blown away watching our live set as well as the demo itself.
Blackened Horde: Where did the band name come from?
Salarda: Nothing much, its’ from a Latin or catholic word that means a Servant, Commander or an Official.
Blackened Horde: Introduce the band members and what they do in the band.
Sonoy: Guitars
Eusevio: Drums
Salarda: Bass/Vocals
Blackened Horde: Who writes the music? Lyrics?
Salarda: I write most of the music and also with the help of Sonoy in some parts. The lyrics are done by our Ex- vocalist Aldaba, who is now obviously out of the band. So the next and future releases would be totally different when it comes to the lyrics.
Blackened Horde: And where do the lyric ideas come from?
Salarda: It’s all about war, destruction, massacre, annihilation, torture. It’s all about DESTROYING EVERYTHING!!!
Blackened Horde: What is your view in Satanism and Occultism?
Salarda: Satanism and Occultism? When comes to black metal, ITS MANDATORY!

Salarda: I’m done answering this question.
Blackened Horde: What is the band like when you play live?

Blackened Horde: Have you guys ever played in another country?
Salarda: Not yet!
Blackened Horde: How big of crowd shows up at shows usually?
Salarda: 100 to 150 maximum.
Blackened Horde: How is the crowd response when you play?
Salarda: Again this is according to some witnesses, NOT FROM US! The crowd goes wild, and you can see some of them just being quiet with their jaws dropping as if they’re shock.
Blackened Horde: What do you think of the US Black Metal/Death Metal scene?
Salarda: No comment.
Blackened Horde: What do you think of the Overseas scenes?
Salarda: Obviously you cannot compare the giant metal scene overseas to our local scene here.
Blackened Horde: What are some of new favorite black metal/death metal bands?
Salarda: I don’t like new black & death metal that emerged now a days. I still prefer the old school.
Blackened Horde: When do you guys plan on writing any new material?
Salarda: Hopefully we can release new material this year, an EP or an album.
Blackened Horde: What does the future hold for the band?
