Summon: How did the band get started?

Iain: Properly in May 2012, I had tried out other people but struggled to get the right line up.

Summon: What kind of music do you play?

Iain: Brutal death metal.

Summon: How has the fan response been?

Iain: Very good so far to be honest, the first album has sold out!

Summon: Where did the band name come from?

Iain: I came up with it, it had been in my head for many years, but needed the right band to carry the name.

Summon: Introduce the band members and what they do in the band.

Iain: I am Iain, I do bass and vocals, I write all the lyrics, Harry does guitars and writes all the music, Mark does guitars, and Andy does drums.

Summon: Who writes the music? Lyrics?

Iain: Harry does the music, I do the lyrics.

Summon: And where do the lyric ideas come from?

Iain: Personal experience.

Summon: What is your view in Satanism and Occultism?

Iain: It has been mentioned in some of the songs, we have our own personal beliefs and will leave it there, its in the music but its not an over riding factor.

Summon: How many albums/CD’s have you released?

Iain: Devine heresy was our first album on Severed records, our 2nd album ‘The path of the dimished’ is being mixed now. So out soon, again on Severed Records.

Summon: Tell me about some the songs on the latest CD?

Iain: Please listen to them and come up with your own thoughts, I don’t want to lead anyone, listen to it and we hope you enjoy it.

Summon: Do you have any side projects?

Iain: No.

Summon: Who are some of your musical influences?

Iain: Deeds of flesh, Immolation, Suffocation, Insision, Putrid Pile, Slayer, the list goes on.

Summon: Which current bands?

Iain: There are several on Severed Records that are awesome, check out the label we are on and you will find loads, Grindethic records have lots of good bands too.

Summon: What is the band like when you play live?

Iain: Loud and intense.

Summon: Have you guys ever played in another country?

Iain: Not in this band, but we have toured Europe a lot with other bands we were in previously.

Summon: How big of crowd shows up at shows usually?

Iain: Depends on who we are supporting.

Summon: How is the crowd response when you play?

Iain: The music sells well, and our t shirts sell, and people sweat and jump around a lot, so it must be good.

Summon: What do you think of the US Black Metal/Death Metal scene?

Iain: We are influenced primarily by US bands.

Summon: What do you think of the Overseas scenes?

Iain: Much the same as everywhere else.
