The band began when two friends (Aitor Bouzas and Juan Carlos Hernández) decided to meet to playing covers from their favorite bands. Two new components joined this project: Pablo Larrubia and Santiago Vilaboa.
At first they called themselves Nigerstella and created a work that has not been recorded or edited which was called “Nigerstella 2012”. This work was created and performed simultaneously in different scenarios from 2009 until 2012. At the end of 2011 the Group underwent a change affecting the formation of the components. Adrián Costal replaced the task of bassman, and Juan Carlos stayed only as singer.
In the summer of 2012, the band suffered a major change, in which the current singer at the time had to leave the band to make way for the new vocalist (Adrián González). After the drastic change of singer, they decided to make a new work with a new orientation, as well as a new name and image for the group. This is how it is born what is now known as Nihil, whose first work is done end of 2012 / early 2013 to finally come to light this summer with the name “Nights of Silence”.
