Summon: How did the band get started?
Lord Tchort: At the middle of the year 1996/1997 Black Metal seems still unknown and non-existent for most people in Indonesia. Meanwhile, Indonesia underground activity is extensive. One of the bands that are very active and ambitious Gods Of Neurotic bears the name, and is known to most people in the place, although for ordinary people a phenomenon absent. we make some exercise tapes for their own use, and in order to check the response of others. In the summer they recorded their first official demo, entitled A Sacrifice For My Lord. Determined to establish a name for themselves, they work in conjunction with a round of aggressive underground and around Indonesia.
Summon: What kind of music do you play?
Lord Tchort: Extreme blackened death metal.
Summon: How has the fan response been?
Lord Tchort: Quite well, and ends with the sale of about 1000 copies.
Summon: Where did the band name come from?
Lord Tchort: It’s a very fucking mad idea, when we decided to make the band spontaneously that we oppose the divine, or deny it if it means separation would mean the difference in abundance but the sense we mean it that way.
Summon: Introduce the band members and what they do in the band.
Lord Tchort: Neurotic of Gods now I am Lord Tchort (Drums), Azrael (Guitars), we were both at the same time work together in order to develop better music, At this stage the band has gradually begin to form their own style.
Summon: Who writes the music? Lyrics?
Lord Tchort: Music arranger written by Neurotic of Gods as a whole, and my own lyric that makes it .
Summon: And where do the lyric ideas come from?
Lord Tchort: Ideas are plentiful and many new themes came to the fore as we thought. Some of the themes that began as a small creation, which further developed for use on the album. I wrote the lyrics about depression were full of darkness, the atmosphere associated with the theme. pure fantasy, vision, death, when a lot of references that I read from various books, books, events and live a very fucking Disgusting, must think realistically in essence they only write about good and never the theme of the darkness is actually there, but they deny.
Summon: What is your view in Satanism and Occultism?
Lord Tchort: As his case I mentioned above that Satanism is in every human instinct, but they never realize and acknowledge that they are still attached to Satanism carpenter and they do not try to be honest about this and make a camouflage religion, magic? In mythology and culture that every magic there is in each country will be but I was not overly, the theme of black magic though there is a strong link between black magic and Satanism, I am more interested in the attitude of Satanism rather than occultism spells and rituals of black magic.
Summon: How many albums/CD’s have you released?
Lord Tchort: This album was never released in cassette format in 2002, so the album is actually a re-mastered and issued in the year.
Summon: Tell me about some the songs on the latest CD?
Lord Tchort: Right in the middle of all this there is huge media focus on the Black Metal Indonesia, and it is both good and bad effects. What people notice in spite of all this, is that the Neurotic Of Gods have something that others do not have. Dynamics, acoustic verses long, progressive elements and inspiring lyrics and music. In course of time the album was a trend-setter for many bands. Here I was able to reflect on all the ideas that are in my mind about Satanism, poems about the world of darkness and cruelty of war as well as a very deep hatred.
Summon: Do you have any side projects?
Lord Tchort: For now is no, maybe a few years back ‘yes’ but I prefer focus to make the band became more serious.
Summon: Who are some of your musical influences?
Lord Tchort: We loved the Emperor, Dark Funeral, Impiety, Immortal, Infernal War, Marduk.
Summon: Which current bands?
Lord Tchort: With the new formation, Neurotic Of Gods have had a lot of changes in session musicians, but the platform, the backbone of the fixed and constant in the band is me.
Summon: What is the band like when you play live?
Lord Tchort: As his case the other bands we strive to totality in music and have a definite purpose.
Summon: Have you guys ever played in another country?
Lord Tchort: This is fucking dream seems about what I expected from the past, indeed if there promo tour sure we will be ready to do it.
Summon: How big of crowd shows up at shows usually?
Lord Tchort: So is perhaps more remarkable than three hundred thousand people who will be fucking mad.
Summon: How is the crowd response when you play?
Lord Tchort: Very crowded and very fucking crazy when we play live, all the insane.
Summon: What do you think of the US Black Metal/Death Metal scene?
Lord Tchort: I do not know too much maybe some like ABSU, ABAZAGORATH, ANGEL CORPSE from the U.S., but I think they have a musicality and a very good attitude to it, about the U.S. death metal band all the fun I like with Deicide, Disgorge, Aborted, HATE ETERNAL, etc.
Summon: What do you think of the Overseas scenes?
Lord Tchort: I really liked all of their live performance did not make me think twice about that they were members my inspiration in music or other things.
Summon: What are some of new favorite black metal/death metal bands?
Lord Tchort: Yes for now I like Negator German band, Behemoth, Infernal War, Vesania, Dark Poetress, Immortal, Naglfar, and Dark Funeral etc..
Summon: When do you guys plan on writing any new material?
Lord Tchort: I’ve started since entering this year, in the near future we will release the EP for the ladder towards a new album.
Summon: What does the future hold for the band??
Lord Tchort: We expect to complete all of the fucking material for the new fucking album and I hope this no problems in the future or any other technically, and we hope to play well outside our country.
