Summon: How did the band get started?

Nav: I had a lot of ideas that have forced me to express through Navtepheret. Great emotion to such sounds had the greatest influence on the formation of the band.



Summon: What kind of music do you play?

Nav: It is a mixture of atmospheric and melodic black metal.



Summon: How has the fan response been?

Nav: Given that this is a very young band response of the fans is quite satisfactory!



Summon: Where did the band name come from?

Nav: The name of the band comes from Slavic mythology and has the following meaning: Navi are especially evil demons, created from the souls stillborn children. These demons in general Slavic mythology, the personification of death and- the kingdom of the dead and the state is always in the plural, because they move in groups. Invisible, except for people born in the same class when they lurks the deaf during the night until the first cock, letting children’s voices. In this way, attract victims who prefer to attack: children and nursing mothers. Navi, an extremely agile demons, and often go to homes where there are mothers, pregnant women and newborn children; said that they always find a way to seep in, that can be lowered through the chimney, and upon entering suffocate their victims- and drink their blood, although here the case of breast milk. When you are pregnant or mothers heard, immediately passes out, and sometimes even die.

Nav: Guitars, Bass, Drums

Summon: Who writes the music? Lyrics?

Nav: I (Nav) write music, and  for lyrics is in charge Skarvod.



Summon: And where do the lyric ideas come from?

Nav: Lyrics are usually held the following themes: sorrow, darkness…



Summon: What is your view in Satanism and Occultism?

Nav: I would not give an answer to this question. xexexe



Summon: How many albums/CD’s have you released?

Nav: For now we do not have a release, but soon we get out EP – (Deep From The Darkness) under the label Zombie records from Russia.



Summon: Tell me about some the songs on the latest CD?

Nav: Songs from the upcoming EP will be quite strange starting from a change of pace to the rapid transitions.



Summon: Do you have any side projects?

Nav: Not for now!



Summon: Who are some of your musical influences?

Nav: Emperor, Immortal, Decapitated, Obituary, Morbid Angel, Vader…and so on.



Summon: Which current bands?

Nav: I play drums in the following bands: Decrepancy (Old School Death Metal), Satifer (Black Metal), No Way Back (Hardcore – Metal).

Summon: What is the band like when you play live?

Nav: The band has not had concerts…We are working on it to gather more members and to present before an audience!



Summon: Have you guys ever played in another country?

Nav: I played with my other bands.



Summon: How big of crowd shows up at shows usually?

Nav: As I said the band (Navtepheret) has not played live.



Summon: How is the crowd response when you play?

Nav: -II-



Summon: What do you think of the US Black Metal/Death Metal scene?

Nav: I did not really follow the American black metal scene, but the death metal scene is really top!!!



Summon: What do you think of the Overseas scenes?

Nav: I’ll just say: Sweden and Norway! xexexexe



Summon: What are some of new favorite black metal/death metal bands?

Nav: There are many new high-quality bands. I can not really single out a favorite because I do not follow much new scenes…



Summon: When do you guys plan on writing any new material?

Nav: When do the promotion of the upcoming EP!



Summon: What does the future hold for the band??

Nav: A lot of new releases, and the plan is to assemble the other members for live performance!
