Summon: How did the band get started?
Anhell Beleth: Goat Serpent born in June 2013, under the great infernal voice of Seth Aum Xul and Anhell Beleth Crocell on guitars and drums, a creation of two bastard minds, we decided to join forces and create all this damn work of the old cult roots black metal.
Summon: What kind of music do you play?
Anhell Beleth: In Goat Serpent merge many styles of black metal old school, always creating something necro songs, but the sound, the outside and the rawness that is, never leaving those roots.
Summon: How has the fan response been?
Anhell Beleth: The acceptance from fans been all blasphemy, we have had many constructive criticisms, despite the short time we had accepted both nationally and internationally.
Summon: Where did the band name come from?
Anhell Beleth: Is the representation of Baphomet and the serpent, the cult of the great old goat and serpent to which we pay tribute in worship, the domain of darkness in this insane land.

Summon: Who writes the music? Lyrics?
Anhell Beleth: The lyrics are written by the blasphemous mind of Seth, hymns are created by Anhell.
Summon: And where do the lyric ideas come from?
Anhell Beleth: The lyrics come from the deepest misanthropy to this world, sodomy, hate and war to Christianity and all religions who came to get dirty insane and proclaim as one doctrine, enslaving our people and tarnishing our ancestors of all types of falsehoods, plague on earth that frightens, represses and leaves millions of people think.
Summon: What is your view in Satanism and Occultism?
Anhell Beleth: In Satanism there are a number of related beliefs and social phenomena. They share the features of symbolism, veneration and admiration for Satan to whom we are always firm, which is the basis of our ideology in this war, faithful followers of Anton Zsandor Lavey. The history of occultism has had many defining moments in its history, as the occult arts were born in many cultures around the world, are the proposed knowledge and practices, like black magic, esotericism, alchemy, astrology, etc.., Since dominates ancient secrets of nature, also followers of the great master “baphometh” Aleister Crowley.
Summon: How many albums/CD’s have you released?
Anhell Beleth: We are currently roping our 1st EP which is called “The Art Of Rebellion” which consists of 4 major hymns, one of them a cover band tribute to the immortal Bathory, Quorthon grandmaster, main horde our influences on Goat Serpent.
Summon: Tell me about some the songs on the latest CD?
Anhell Beleth: In the EP, as I said in the last question, we have a cover of Bathory plus 3 songs varied rhythms with voices in hell, right now we are in the recording of the new songs for our 1st full album, on which will with a repertoire of 8 large hymn, one of them a cover band tribute to Carpathian Forest, each influenced by the old theme black metal bands, lots of variety of rhythms and thoughts in this great work we are doing, we are doing a great job.
Summon: Do you have any side projects?
Anhell Beleth: If, right now everyone has and works in his initial band, ” Seth Aum Xul ” is a great vocalist of one of the legendary black metal band here in Maracaibo Venezuela Zulia state respectively, called “Funebria” which leads many years on it, have a great track, one infernal band, like me ” Anhell Beleth Crocell ” currently working as the sole member of the black metal band called “Malevolencia” also an old black metal band here in Punto Fijo Venezuela respectively Falcon state, with 15 years in the scene, 2 Horns in the Venezuelan scene.
Summon: Who are some of your musical influences?
Anhell Beleth: Our main musical influences come from the black metal, mostly to the “Old School” that old sound that hypnotizes us and takes us to another level.
Summon: Which current bands?
Anhell Beleth: There are many current bands influences, they would all pages to name them, but for example are Bathory, Hellhammer, Vulcano, Von, Dark Funeral, Sarcofago, Darkthrone, Parabellum, Typhon, Pest, Irae, Immortal, Emperor, Mayhem, Nargaroth, Gorgoroth, Carpathian Forest, Sargeist, Seigneur Voland, Peste Noire, Satanic Warmaster, etc. …
Summon: What is the band like when you play live?
Anhell Beleth: Right now we have not had the opportunity to play live, work only 2 people and we are looking for members for live worship.
Summon: Have you guys ever played in another country?
Anhell Beleth: Goat serpent has not played outside the country, Seth Aum Xul has had the opportunity to play in Colombia but as I said, we are looking for members, but would be an honor to do so and is the mentality that we, this plague from spreading to other countries.
Summon: How big of crowd shows up at shows usually?
Anhell Beleth: For the time has not had the opportunity to play live, but I think it would be a massive influx of worshipers and followers of this cult.
Summon: How is the crowd response when you play?
Anhell Beleth: We look forward to the black power emanating in true worship rituals, since the promotional song (Lucifer Rising) that was released recently had a damn acceptance.
Summon: What do you think of the US Black Metal/Death Metal scene?
Anhell Beleth: USA is the home of death metal as such, there are many pioneering bands of this genre, but are alive in the underground cult bands infernal for us such as: Von, Profanatica, Imprecation etc. hordes of the first lines coupled with the new bands that have been slowly developing with great jobs, great discographies, in short, a country with a high quality metal.
Summon: What do you think of the overseas scenes?
Anhell Beleth: There are many bands with export quality in different countries, each country has its excellent bands in every genre, in the case of South America there are many bands that have come out to play for the rest of the world, and there is talent in each country.
Summon: What are some of new favorite black metal/death metal bands?
Anhell Beleth: Right now I’m hearing a lot about infernal bands calls Warwulf (USA) and Balthazar (New Zealand).
Summon: When do you guys plan on writing any new material?
Anhell Beleth: Sure, right now we are writing new lyrics for our new material, has devoted some time to this work.
Summon: What does the future hold for the band??
Anhell Beleth: The future we write with our will to power continue to work true to ourselves, to our ideology, always strong as warriors, I think and I’m sure Goat Serpent will last for many years.
