Blackened Horde: How did the band get started? How did you meet and how long have you been together?
Ace: We needed a new way to express our humor and hate. We have all known each other for years and we have been together for a little over 6 years.
Blackened Horde: How would you describe your music?
Ace: Hateful, stomping death grind. Music to kill your family to.
Blackened Horde: What are your biggest musical influences?
Ace: Other sick bands. We all suck on our instruments except for Creep. The only thing we can play is what we do play, but I guess it works out great because that’s all we want to play… did that make any sense?
Blackened Horde: Who if, if any do you consider the bands idols?
Ace: Porno stars, people who go on rampages and pimps.
Blackened Horde: What made you want to be in the band? And if you weren’t in the band what would you want to be doing now?
Ace: I never really wanted to be in band I just ended up in one. If I wasn’t in Dismembered Fetus I would probably not jam anymore… well except for noise bands. I think Fetus is the only thing keeping most of us in the band alive. Beyond the band our lives are shit. None of us finished school, only 2 of us have jobs and we are so negative I don’t think we make it doing anything else.
Blackened Horde: What are some of your favorite bands that are really popular today?
Ace: None of really listen to mainstream music. The only band I listen to that people out of the underground might of heard of is Dead Can Dance. Beyond that it’s all underground bands like: Entropy, Vomit Spawn, Slough, Lividity, Viscora and the list goes on and on.
Blackened Horde: How many demos/albums do you have? Tell me about them.
Ace: We only have two as far as studio recordings go. The first one is “I Don’t Feel So Fucking Good” which is a demo with 9 songs of shit and the second is our CD called “Generation Of Hate” with 31 songs of shit. We also have an old jam box recorded demo available from 1994 called “Hate” its raw and live… the best way!!!
Blackened Horde: If you could play with any band who would it be and why?
Ace: Michael Jackson, so I could get a good blow job.
Blackened Horde: Who writes the majority of the music?
Ace: Creep.
Blackened Horde: Who has been the favorite band you’ve played with? Why?
Ace: Anal Cunt. Their fun to play shows with because they break everything in site… and so do we, so it gets real violent!!! That’s what we like and Anal Cunt does too. It works out good.
Blackened Horde: Where did you get the band name from?
Ace: I said it one time to this abortion activist bitch just to piss her off and it just stuck with us. That name gives me a hard on!!
Blackened Horde: Describe what the band is like live?
Ace: Violent, funny, hateful, rude and perverted. We attack the scum of the earth when we play. Just think of anywhere from 200 to 500 drunken, drugged up, dirt heads, gang members, sexist, racist, fag bashing, porno loving fucks all in the same room listening to 4 idiots spewing out their hate and views about the world…. that’s our show.
Blackened Horde: If you are gonna do any kind of video what would be in it?
Ace: A lot of of porno shit and death… a little bit of animal fucking too.
Blackened Horde: Are there any tour plans made, if so tell me about them?
Ace: We play on the east coast tour in September. We are definitely going to play in Chicago and New York and wherever they let us.
Blackened Horde: Where do you think the band will be in 20 years from now?
Ace: I think we will all be dead!! I’m not saying that in sarcastic immature way, but its honestly how I feel about it. I’m just waiting for one of us to go on a down town rampage and make the headline news. We hate the world, we hate ourselves, but we love to rock out…
