CHABTAN, metal band formed in 2011 in Paris / France, draws its influences in metal hardcore, death core and melodic death metal. The Parisian band, composed of Cris on vocals, Jean-Philippe and Dimitri on guitars, Laurent on bass and Yanis on drums, will produce its own entirely self made EP “Eleven” in 2013, mixed and mastered by Andrew Guillotin (The Arrs, As They Burn, Carnal Lust, 7th Nemesis…), and offers it for free download (www.chabtan.com). This first opus based on the concept of Meso American mythologies and which offers a raw music without any concession, is well received by critics. Today, the group focuses on the scene while preparing its next album for 2014.
