Beyond Mortal Dreams - Dreaming Death

For me, the best vocals all are deep and guttural, and while people can make their own metaphors for this style I don’t want to hear Tobias Sammet or Geoff Tate singing Death Metal. I really like how low and brutal the vocals on Feast of Carrion are. While this is a heavy EP sometime the guitar makes it seam as if the want to get a little commercial at times, like three quarters through Carrion. I hear the Beherit influence as they have chosen to cover Beast of Damnation. The band opened up for Cannibal Corpse as the Suffering which puts them in my super cool book. As EP’s go this is a nice little effort.
