Summon: How did the band get started?
Juan: The band started in 2011.
Summon: What kind of music do you play?
Juan: We play something similar to melodic death metal.
Summon: How has the fan response been?
Juan: People here is great, when there is a gig they are there and moshing all the time. They response very well in the Patagonia, and the demo was very successful.
Summon: Where did the band name come from?
Juan: The name is from the Arkham city, an imaginary city created by Lovecraft, who is known as a very famous writer in horror literature.
Summon: Introduce the band members and what they do in the band.
Juan: Oscar ”Cacho” Orcellet (singer) Fabio Nahuelquir (guitar) Juan Thedy (guitar) Leonel Martinez (bass) Ariel Sanchez (drums).
Summon: Who writes the music? Lyrics?
Juan: All of the members except for the drummer make music for the band, and Cacho (singer) writes the lyrics.
Summon: And where do the lyric ideas come from?
Juan: Cacho want to make lyrics open to free interpretation. Some people can think that Raising Worms is only gore, while others could understand it as a criticism of the system. I don’t know, he might be fucking crazy!
Summon: What is your view in Satanism and Occultism?
Juan: I didn’t investigate so much to have an opinion.
Summon: How many albums/CD’s have you released?
Juan: We have only released a demo that has 3 songs. We are recording an EP with 5 songs right now. It will be probably released in winter.
Summon: Tell me about some the songs on the latest CD?
Juan: Perpetual red Line is a very special song that convinces a lot of melodies with very dark riffs, Raising Worms is very good to do headbanging in all the song, and Burn Me! is to destroy your body in a brutal mosh!!
Summon: Do you have any side projects?
Juan: Yes, but we are starting, and we are without playing right now.
Summon: Who are some of your musical influences?
Juan: Iron Maiden, Metallica, Pantera, Amon Amarth, Meshuggah, Carcass, At The Gates, Death, Morbid Angel, Infirmor, Spiritual, and a very long etc.
Summon: Have you guys ever played in another country?
Juan: No, we haven’t played outside, but we want to!!
Summon: How big of crowd shows up at shows usually?
Juan: 50-200 people depending in where are you playing.
Summon: How is the crowd response when you play?
Juan: It depends on where you are, but they are usually great.
Summon: What do you think of the US Black Metal/Death Metal scene?
Juan: Great, but I’m not paying so much attention right now.
Summon: What do you think of the Overseas scenes?
Juan: I don’t have an opinion.
Summon: What are some of new favorite black metal/death metal bands?
Juan: Inflection, Evisceration, Vomit of Doom, Anxious, and a very very long etc.
Summon: When do you guys plan on writing any new material?
Juan: We are always making songs.
Summon: What does the future hold for the band??
Juan: We are planing to release our EP, spreading it a lot, and playing a lot. Just having a good time!
